Meet artist - Kat Kleinman

Kat Kleinman, an American photographer and collage artist, creates unique floral collages and compositions with leaves and succulents. Her work symbolizes her enthusiasm for using color to inspire positive changes from within. The intention behind Kleinman‘s art is to evoke a sense of well-being and hope in viewers, even if just for a moment. Through her meticulous process often involving dozens of flowers in a single collage, Kleinman‘s work is both meditative and inspirational. The beauty of her floral collages represents healing as fragments of color combined to create new cohesive forms. Kleinman is dedicated to creating art that is rooted in compassion, meditation, and hope.

Interview with artist - Silke Wolff

Q)How did your journey as an artist begin? In childhood I started with gestural, abstract drawings and paintings in 4 different media. Throughout my life I continued to draw and paint. For financial reason I studied product design and learned free object drawing after high school. In 2019 the honorable Wilhelm Hack Museum invited me to participate in a big exhibition. This has been the start of my fine art career. I prepared for and introduced to 3 directors from a museum, an institution and an online gallery. Until today I present pictures in this very first gallery. https://outsidein.org.uk/galleries/silke-wolff/ Q)What are the different forms of artworks that you do? My space is very limited. Mostly I draw in books. In combination with digital photos I then create series of digital graphics. These series I arrange in cycles. To every metaphysical series I write two texts about their meaning and development. Working digital takes few space. Doing so I am able to create many pictures....
